My duties of the home health care aide include helping clients with daily living tasks and personal care tasks, including dressing and bathing and other personal care.. As a aides I will provide basic health-related services, including administering medication and checking vital signs. As an aides I will also do some light housekeeping, especially when employed in the patient's home, including washing dishes, laundry and vacuuming Although job duties vary by job setting, as a home health aides . I don't drive but am willing go with the patient to doctor are shopping. Depending on patient's needs, the aide may shop for groceries and provide the meals that the patient eats. Some aides also provide companionship for the patient. I have all my certificate for home health aid. I have my 75 hours for HHA, CPR,MEDTECH, FA,BA and I have all the 11 CEU require.
