Hello. My name is Tina. I am a qualified Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) and I would love to apply for this position. I am very enthusiastic, highly organized, and have great experience providing care in groups and nursing homes to individual clients with different needs. Additionally, I treat my clients with compassion and empathy, striving at all times to help maintain their independence and privacy. I have excellent organizational and time management skills and always put the client’s care first. I have gained a lot of experience working with different agencies, at different settings and environments. I enjoy working in a group, but I work equally well with little or no supervision. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I work very hard to make patients feel more comfortable and happier. I am able to multitask in a fast environment. I am a good listener and ready to learn new skills and methods that would enhance my professional interaction with patients. As stated previously, I am a qualified Registered Practical Nurse but is open to accept a job as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) as I also have extensive experience in that field.
