Experience: Assisted Living Facility providing care, medications, mental evaluation for up to 14 residents: Resided on property to provided nighttime security and emergency client needs Act as on-site functioning House/Night Manager Will adhere to all personal and conduct requirements of the facility Address issues as they arise while functioning as House/Night Monitor, contacting appropriate parties as necessary Act as first responder in the event of emergency Maintain professional boundaries with program residents Supervise and assisted residents with daily living skills Supervise and assisted residents with medication management as needed Completed all training required for ALF licensure Maintain availability to welcome new participants and supervise move-in/outs as needed Adhere to facility drug-free policy and identify those under the influence, contacting appropriate parties as necessary Provide information and emergency response/supplies as needed Report any necessary facility maintenance/repairs to appropriate party as needed Record-keeping as required including: Medication compliance progress notes staff communication book documentation of situations requiring employee response Meet with program supervisor as requested Assist with organization and maintenance of supplies and donations Reinforce Community Living Guidelines and Rules with residents Possess current CPR certification Second Level Clearance in Pre-Employment and random Drug Testing and Criminal Records Checks Completed all courses for Health Care Administration requirements.
