Elder Care in Dallas, Texas

Hi I'm an enegetic, caring, and fun, on the go 24 year old. I love going new places and meeting new people. Caring for and helping people of all ages Is a true joy to me. I've worked with many types of people and enjoyed every second of it. I've been a full time nanny for 8 kids, worked in a couple different nursing homes, and also have provided home care for elderly clients as well. I am a certified nurse's aid and I'm first aid and CPR certified. I love how it feels to know by helping out in even the smallest way that I made someone's day. This is why I'm especially fond of elderly people. The simple everyday tasks that we so often take for granted become much harder to do as we get older. Most of the time a simple task such as making a lunch, taking out the trash, or even just helping them put their shoes on will have them smiling for hours. That s the joy that I will only find in one type of occupation and that's caregiving. Although there are many ups and downs, and at times lots of tears spread, I couldn't ask for a better profession.
