Description of Skills: I have a Registered Practical Nursing Diploma which I obtained from Humber College and have 11 years working experience as an RPN. I also possess a Personal Support Worker Certificate from Sheridan College and have 2 years working experience as PSW. I have excellent computer skills, communication skills and organizational skills. I can work well independently and I am also a good team player who is adaptable, responsible and dependable. I provide excellent customer service at all times by being respectful, courteous, helpful and pleasant. I strongly believe that when caring for clients our main focus should be on their safety, comfort and well-being, while paying attention to their individuality.
