Assists with all activities of daily living including bathing, toileting dressing, mobility and feeding
Sorts and bag all soiled linen, make and change bed, cleans and tidies resident room
Assist residents into dining room for meal service
Wipe each resident hands and mouth before and after meal
Support client’s independence regarding medications
Recognizes and reports change in a clients behaviour and condition
Provides informal counselling, as needed
