Elder Care in Keremeos, British Columbia

Hello, my name is Deborah. I moved to beautiful British Columbia from Alberta in the fall of 2013, and quickly began work as a home support worker. This was the service I provided while still in Calgary for a company called Comfort Keepers. My services include help around the house, mending, laundry, meal preparation, bathing, and pedicures. I enjoy being busy, and love when clients have to-do lists, but I also enjoy sitting with a client and sharing a cup of tea and conversation. I have a University degree in Sociology, and at one time was considering pursuing a career in Social Work. I found though, that my skills with people were better suited to situations where my services were not governed by too many guidelines, and what not to do rules. I would describe myself as energetic, motivated to help others, with an innate ability to find joy in the most mundane of tasks.
