I am LaTosha Fradieu! I am a Lead of a group of ladies who specialize in taking care of the Elderly, but we are not limited to the Elderly. We accept Clients of all ages if you feel you need help with their care! We are proud of what we do & love to provide services to those who need it! We can provide services from 2 hour (min) - 24 hours; 7 days a week. We provide services to do: General Personal Care Services - Bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance (for fall risks), medication reminders, meal plan/prep or escort to, retrieve mail/packages, light housekeeping & more. Sitter Services - keep them company, puzzles & games, accompany to meals, mobility assistance & some light housekeeping. We service Clients in their homes, in Assisted Living Facilities & Retirement Facilities. I have taken care of people for over 30 years and those who work under me have to live up to my high expectations when it comes to presentation, care of Clients, documentation and more! I have a GREAT Team and I highly train my workers so they will know what to do when they come into your home! We communicate well with the Families & each other, we even take notes on the Clients' progress, so those of interest can see for themselves how things are going! I am VERY strict on my CareGivers and I assure you that I have Supervisors that will pay regular pop-up visits to the home just to make sure things are meeting my expectations!!
