I first worked at Chase Center Logansport Ind.went to nursing classes there in 1989 was my first certificate....from ivy tech will provide in interview. 10 years later laws changed so 1998 went back to Get State licence on registry number....will provide that also at interview. 1993 received my first CHHA certificate from Memorial Hospital went into home care worked few yrs....worked for Med One Kokomo,Elder Care wabash,an private Duty home care .....so I have many years experience from nursing homes to home care....i can bath ,dress,cook,clean ,shop,pass meds....many references....from nanny to daycare to terminal Description of Skills: I have experience with physical therapy, dementia care, and support with intellectual disabilities.
