I have gained abundant experiences within the service industry and health care field such as: participating as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, providing client services and resident/patient information to aid in the development of care plans, assisting Registered Practical Nurses with patients admittances, transfers, and departures, including familiarization with staff and residents surroundings and personal care. I am responsible for notifying nurse and families of changes in any conditions related to the patient, and I am dedicated to helping patients with the activities of daily living.
