Food shopping, reading to clients, laundry, folding and put away in their individual compartment, help with exercise. Etc On the care plan I communicated with my supervisor as the patience progressed or relapsed. For example intake of foods/ fluids, output, emesis, bowel movements, urine, catheter bag, ostomy bag. treatments, activities, personal care.
