Hi! My name is Manique (Ma-Nick). I am a Licensed Nurse Assistant with a passion for Memory Care. I can provide care uniquely based on your loved one's needs and level of independence. I have the compassion and patience required in caring for individuals with Alzheimer's and related conditions. I am licensed to assist with all aspects of personal care and hygiene including bathing, dressing, mouth care, incontinence care/toileting, feeding, transferring/ambulation, and grooming. I am well known for my ability to redirect certain behaviors and de-escalate triggered situations, I learn quickly the specific traits and instincts each individual has or uses to provide the unique care needed to optimize their quality of life, and I understand the challenges of caring for individuals with dementia first hand as I, myself had loved ones with dementia-related conditions. I work full time during the day and am seeking a family looking for a part-time evening caregiver for their loved one with memory care (Dementia) needs. I am a 38 year old mother of five living in Pembroke, NH. My primary employer of 9 years is Merrimack County Nursing Home in Boscawen, NH. I became an LNA at the age of 18 starting out, I worked for a health care staffing agency traveling to different facilities all over NH. I am willing to travel to Boscawen, Penacook, Concord, Loudon, Pembroke, Allenstown, or Hooksett, Manchester could be considered depending on the area. Hours available depend on travel time.
