My experience in elderly care has been about 2 years total. One of my clients was in hospice care and passed away at 96 yrs old or natural causes. My most recent client who i absolutely loved, had her nephew take over her decisions and took POA away from his mom who hired me and now he is making all the decisions for his aunt and let me go without any notice. I enjoyed my clients and would always learn from their experiences and hope that one day soon, I will find someone who needs my help and my experiences. She spent most of her time in a wheelchair, but I always let her walk 20 minutes each day I was there in the mornings and evenings before I put her to bed.
