Hello/Hola" I'm Darlene, I live and work locally, fluent in few Spanish phrases and words. Mother of four college aged adults with valid drivers license. I'm an Experienced live-in aide of former elder client. I Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to family members and physician. Accompany clients to doctors' offices or on other trips outside the home, and companionship Transport children to schools, social outings, and medical appointments I Administer prescribed oral medications, under the written direction of physician or home care nurse and ensure clients take their medicine, Care for client by changing bed linens, and ironing laundry, or assisting with their personal care. Perform housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes, dishes, or running errands I plan, purchase, prepare, or serve meals to clients or other family members, according to prescribed diets familiar with gluten free thanks to my youngest daughter. I also help with moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles and with dressing and grooming if needed.
