I’ve been a licensed vocational nurse since 2015 and a registered nurse since 2021. I have experience managing the care of approximately 30-40 senior individuals in a nursing facility as well as one-on-one care in private homes. I also have experience working as a nurse and charge nurse in a busy 30-bed ICU that serves a variety of patients but mainly focuses on cardiac patients — heart failure, myocardial infarctions (heart attacks), cardiothoracic surgeries such as coronary artery bypass surgery. I am a highly organized, patient, and caring individual who emphasizes health maintenance and environmental safety while promoting maximum independence to ensure the highest quality of living. I can provide companionship and emotional support, administer ordered/prescribed medications (via any route of administration) and treatments like wound care, provide emergency care (however, supplies and medications limit my abilities in home settings), assist with activities of daily living, run errands, etc. Thank you!
