Description: Hi there, my name is Lucy. I have over 10 years of eldercare experience, specializing in Dementia, Alzhiemer's and Hospice care. I am available weekdays/weeknights, as well as weekends and holidays and am able to offer flexible scheduling for clients. Service Abilities: I have extensive experience in: Assisting with personal care needs (toileting, bathing, mouth care, shampoo and hair care, lifting and transferring, dressing and undressing and ambulation, as well as with modified ambulation and non-ambulatory) and selected housekeeping and therapy services. Prepare meals and assist in feeding patient with modifications due to dementia. Assist with basic activities and daily living needs of patients. Measure and record patient's temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure when ordered and/or directed by supervisor or personal care plan. Chart and administer medications. I do have reliable transportation and I am able to work days, nights and weekends. I also specialize in respite care. I have extensive references from the families that I worked with.
