Elder Care in Penticton, British Columbia

I have helped look after my Mother who had COPD and Alzheimers and my father who had Parkinsons disease. I presently help elders with housekeeping so they are able to remain in their homes. I have experience as a past Veterinarian assistant and have owned many cats, dogs, rabbits, a mouse and now a horse so am able to help with the feeding and caring of their pets as well. I was a single parent of two children since they were 7 mos and the other 7 yrs and am used to managing a household on my own and doing most of the chores myself. I raised to successful young gentlemen who are doing very well in their careers. One is often the top of Wealth Management with RBC in Vancouver and the youngest is an up and coming actor who has been in many television shows on the coast and has written and produced his own short film that was premered at the San Francisco Independant Film Festival. I have many interests and have had a variety of jobs while trying to be available for two active, young boys who played high level hockey and required a great deal of my time driving them to and from their games, training and practices. I often had two to four jobs and would work two full time jobs in 24 hrs. I am able to listen or discuss a wide range of topics with folks and be good company for them. I am very keen to find work that calls to my heart as I need more than a pay check and value a job that provides me with this. I look forward to discussing the possibility of joining a company that helps others and keeps folks healthy, happy and hopefully longer in their homes together if they have a partner or pets.
