Elder care in Capitol Heights, Maryland

I have been in this business of home health as well as working in nursing homes and hospitals for more than 20 years. I see everyday people who just want someone to care and be genuine when providing the service of helping others. My joy is knowing the I can see the smiles and receive a thank you. In my opinion to provide great customer service you have to be humble, compassionate, have a good sense of humor and most of all be non-judgemental towards others. So after the work is done my client will represent the care that I have given. I have the patience and discipline to know and accept the idea that each client is different and unique in their own way. One of the benefits to taking care of other people is that I'm coming into their world and space. To listen to their stories and history. I probably have been around the world, just a figure of speech. I have work with many people from so many different foreign countries and learn some of their customs and even learn how to cook some of the special meals. There is an abundance of joy and knowledge that come with my profession and I am proud to be a genuine caregiver and nursing assistant. I am bless to work at this capacity and I would continue until I retire.
