I came across an opening for a Personal Caregiver. I can deeply connect with the disabled and am experienced in providing care and companionship to people (including children and the elderly) with dementia and disabilities. I have lots of experience in cooking, shopping for groceries, keeping the home meticulously clean and mending laundry and linens and performing all other household chores on a daily basis.

My name is Udbhav. I am an undergraduate student at the UBCO. I am currently providing companionship to an elder with dementia and am well versed in their needs and care. I take him out on regular outings and am responsible to keep his mind calm, balanced and occupied. I am a compassionate individual who believes in giving and sharing. I love reading, meditating, playing sports, and constantly learning. I love to eat healthy and explore new habits and techniques to lead a meaningful life. Also, I follow my family tradition of total honesty and loyalty. I love cooking, especially Indian cuisine. Since I have had my grandparents living with me my, I have great experience in taking care of elders with diseases and disabilities. I also understand their needs and am more than willing to help them overcome the challenges they encounter on a daily basis.
