Elder Care in Dallas, Texas

My most recent experience has been as a Certified Assisted Living Manager of a small residential care home overseeing and managing the day to day operation of the facility, the residents, the families, employees, the intermediate with the physicians an all other vendors. I assessed new residents and managed the medications. My heart and love lies with the geriatric community and especially the Alzheimer's community. I have worked in all aspects of the elderly community and I understand the needs and the importance of helping them to maintain their independence, dignity and lifestyle. Working as a care partner is just as important and I always maintain the same attitude and that is to treat each person with the dignity and the respect that is deserved.
