Elder Care Job in Naples, Florida

We are a busy Private Duty Home Care Agency that offers services to all of Naples and Marco Island. We are looking for Excellent Caregivers to be a part of our team. We are currently hiring Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to start immediately. We have both dayshifts and nightshifts to fill. We offers set schedules if preferred. To complete the application process, please provide us with the following documentation as soon as possible: •Completed Application and Resume (if available) •2 Professional References •Copy of HHA Training Certificate or CNA License (if applicable) – CNA license is renewable •Copy of Valid Florida Driver’s License - renewable •Proof of Current Automobile Insurance - renewable •Identification to complete INS Form I-9 (Examples: Social Security Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Residence Card) •Current CPR Certification Card (must include a skills check off) – renewable every 2 years •Documentation of continuing education: ◾HIV/ training ◾Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias training – Curriculum HH AD 152 taught by an approved provider of the Department of Elder Affairs – the Caregiver has 9 months from the time of hire to complete this training •Physician’s Health Statement: If you have worked at another agency in the last 90 days, you may submit your physician’s health statement on file with that agency provided that the statement was not issued more than 2 years ago. If not, please have your physician complete the Physician’s Health Statement form. (Physical exam must have occurred in last 6 months or prior to your employment with our agency). •Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Screening Results (must be within last 12 months) or proof of a negative Chest X-ray •Level II criminal background screening: - renewable every 5 years If Level II criminal background screening has been performed within the last 5 years and you have not had a break in employment for greater than 90 days the results from this screening may be used. If valid Level II background screening results are not available or valid, you must complete the screening to be eligible to work.
