Hello, My name is Ashley Miller and I am a CNA seeking a home health position for a client in their own home. I have experience working in a nursing home but would rather work one on one with a client to better understand their individual needs and to provide the best care I can possibly give. I worked for a nursing home for a year and assisted residents with ADL's, assisted with transferring residents in and out of wheelchairs and adaptive equipment, and provided patients and families with emotional support. Working in the nursing home also gave me the experience to provide for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia patients. I also have reliable transportation and can run errands for the client.
