Hello, My name is Tammy. I am a Registered Practical Nurse with over nine years experience, in the Community and am currently looking for Home Care Clients. I pride myself on Caring for Clients as I would want someone to care for members of my family. I am outgoing, warm, loyal, trustworthy and dependable. I truly enjoy caring for Seniors. I can provide assistance with medications, and personal care. I can provide respite care and companionship. I can do light housekeeping and meal prep. I can run errands and provide transportation to appointments and can also assist with communicating appt. findings back to the family.
