I am seeking the opportunity to apply as a caregiver for elderly ,to be able to utilize my potential .I am a degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Centro Escolar , Mendiola, Manila, Philippines. With a 10 years, experience in the field of Community Pharmacy. Until I was given a chance to work here in Hongkong as a live in care giver for Wong Kam from June 13,2012 up to the present. My duties involved:Assist in shower and personal hygiene.Provide personal grooming, nail, hair, and oral care.Transferring of patient from wheelchair to bed.Toileting assistance and incontinent care.Encourage activities in accordance to patient needs.Make an appointment if patient's needs to see a doctor.Report sudden changes of the elderly's physical, mental /emotional health to her family.Provide good skin care and bed sore.Give the right medication according to doctor’s prescription.Maintain the cleanliness of the house.Bed making.Washing and drying of clothes regularly.Wash the dishes and all kitchen utensils..... food shopping and cooking. Furthermore I am Honest, friendly and motivated. Can communicate verbally and non verbally to provide better care.Can organized medication .
