I am a Registered Practical Nurse. with more than five years of experience in human and social services work. Providing care to people of all ages especially the geriatrics,a certified Personal Support Worker. I provide home care services in the community, I work closely with clients/patients and their family members in their own home. I am a compassionate, active, good listener to my client concerns, providing answers to the questions to the best of my ability. While utilizing and applying my knowledge, judgement and skills I have good writing and verbal communication skills, I am always cheerful and ever ready to keep my clients happy and cheerful too. my skills include head to toe health assessment. I keep accurate record of my patients health status and make prompt report of any deviation in health to the RN or supervisor. I take the seniors out for a walk while maintaining their dignity, preference, safety, and independence as well as guiding them against falls.
