Who I Am: I hope you are having a good day! I'm interviewing for an in home caregiver position close to Owenton, Kentucky. I am qualified and have 8 yrs of experience under my belt. HS graduate of 2009, 3 ... yrs college educated. I'm a flexible employee, yet I have to have a flexible and understanding employer. Because I'm a single mother of 2 young children, my youngest being physically handicapped. Saying that, I DO have reliable childcare (no worries there) But she does require mandatory therapy every week and has specialists and appointments often. BUT these will be scheduled ahead of time and I will most definitely be able to manage with a work routine with an understanding boss. I am very determined and reliable. I put my all into caring for your loved one as if it were my relative. I started as a CNA on basis of my own grandmother, she's the reason I chose that path. Also cared for my late mother for 7 yrs. I've worked in both nursing home and in-home care settings and succeeded as a sought after care giver. I have great work ethic and take pride in making my patients feel comfortable, loved and confident in meeting their needs with upmost respect. Services And Training: I am happy to help with social support, dementia care, and support with intellectual disabilities. I have a drivers license. I have years of experience, since 2009. I was KY state Certified, my certification is expired but my experience and abilities aren't. I am looking for at least $9.59-$10... an hr 4-6 days a week, with possible weekends.
