i had experienced with the elderly with alzheimers, i do give her medication,changing diaper,encourage her for her personal needs and mobility. I had experienced to a senior with diabetes and stroke,my responsibility is to change her diaper,monitor her blood pressure,and blood sugar.giving her medication on time.and healthy food.
