To: Prospective employer, I am a caring, responsible and reliable caregiver who have experienced in taking care of the elderly. I have medical background (nurse) in which I believe will be a great asset in your family especially to your love ones who has physical disability or need a personal support. I am compassionate and loving person who do whatever I can do to help the family that I work. I am available Monday to Friday from 6am to 4pm. I worked in the hospital as a personal support worker. I cared for confused patients who needs a sitter, my duties including; reported unnecessary movement to the in charge nurse,changed diaper, and helped patient in meal time and personal hygiene. I also have had a client in which I visited everyday with Alzheimer's disease, I help the client in bathing, taking medicines, preparing food and light housekeeping.
