I'm an retired LPN of 37 years. Most of my career I was employed as charge nurse in nursing homes. Supervisor of cna, meeting with families, assisted physician, ordering medication, giving medication, watching for side effects,, giving injections, socialize with residents. It's important to make the patient and family with the Care received. Dressing change's, bath,doing their hair, turning every two hours and positions for their comfort. 02,feeding tubes,vitals.Their comfort and needs are my concern.
