Elder Care in Medford, New York

I am a young 56 year old woman. I have four grown children and an awesome grandson. I have always found great pleasure in helping others, in what ever form that may be. I was lucky enough to be an at-home Mom and because of this was the neighborhood babysitter. I have worked with elderly mental/physical disabled. Aiding them in showering, personal hygiene, medications and dressing. I also took them outdoors for walks, gardening, fresh air. I personally love the outdoors and love to . I walk, if nothing else, everyday. Sunshine does wonders, as does nature.
