Lantern West Health provides committed and compassionate home care services to adults, seniors, individuals with short-term/long-term injuries/illnesses and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). We provide home care to those who wish to remain in their homes, to those in independent living communities, 55 and up communities, and assisted living facilities. We have flexible hourly or live-in care anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our registered nurses supervise and perform training for our caregivers. We also offer continuing education/training for our caregivers. We are certified by Ohio DODD to provide home personal care (HPC) services in the State of Ohio to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are approved for Individual Options Waiver (IO Waiver), SELF Waiver, Level 1 Waiver and DD Waiver Nursing. We also accept private pay for adults, seniors, individuals with injuries or illnesses on a short-term or long-term basis.
