Frances Jones is a competent and compassionate caregiver. She was in our employ for two years caring for my mother who has multiple health issues. Frances is organized and has excellent time management skills. She has the capability to act as household manager and always anticipates any medical or family needs. She can prepare wonderful meals and maintain an immaculate home. I would highly recommend her professional services without reservation. She would very quickly become a valued member of your extended family!

Frances took excellent care of my Mother. She helped me have a team of her and 2 others to provide 24 hour care as my mother declined rapidly from heart attack and more severe dementia and did so such that my Mother bonded with her and felt safe with her. Besides the personal and uplifting care of Mom she took detailed records of medical issues ---blood sugar, giving medications and taking notes of health issues as they progressed. When hospitalizations occurred she also sat with her when I had to be at Work. I can't say enough for the quality of care.
