Description: Nice to meet you! My name is Marlene. I'm looking for a Caregiving/companion opportunity in Edmonton, Alberta or in St. Albert. Description of Skills: I come with many years of experience working with Dementia and Parkinson's/ Diabetic patients. I worked and volunteered for 12 years in seniors facilities. I worked in two private home's as a CAREGIVER and one of the patients had Parkinson Disease and the other client I worked with was a Dementia patient that had Diabetes and I make most of her meal's for her. I have my first aid with CPR and AED. Completed my Activity (Recreational) Coordinating certification to work in seniors facility. Like taking the client(s) for walks, painting the ladies finger nails. Play games, do arts and crafts with them. Enjoy doing puzzles, scrapbooking and enjoy playing scrabble. I have many shorts stories I could read to them. Like to bake and cook. Do not mind doing light house work. Love flowers and gardening. I am a very compassionate and caring person. Very cheerful and fun loving person to be around.
