Hello my name is Jody. I'm looking for a home health aide work opportunity in Jackson, Michigan. Assisting patients with personal hygiene such as skin, mouth, hair care and bathing. Assisting patients in and out of bed and assisting with ambulation. Performing other activities taught by a health professional for a specific patient. These may include such services as changing colostomy bags, changing of non-sterile dressings, taking of vital signs, and non-sterile bowel and bladder hygiene care. Reporting changes in the patient's condition and needs to the supervising nurse. Takes actions in emergency patient situations and immediately report to supervisor with documentation and communication. Cooking and light housekeeping. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for over 5 years. Experience with Hospice Patients as well. Willing to accept short term employment and Occasional assignments.
