I have over 30 years experience of working in the Health Care Industry. At the age of 16 years old, I started my summer job at a Nursing Home working as a Nuses Aide where my mother was the Charge nurse. From then on I had a deep desire to further my training and career as in Nursing. I went through the LVN program in 1984 after graduating from high school. My parents moved away from Victoria,and I was left on my own finding out how to discover to live on my own and how to start a career in Nursing andliving a single life;with a desire to further my education. I had a strong determination to pursue that goal and dream and after 7 years of hard work of blood , sweat , and tears, I accomplished my dream of getting my RN license.
