Hi! I cared for my elderly dad who was suffering with Alzheimer's disease. I helped him bathe dress get ready for the day. I interacted with him as much as I could. Prepared his meals helped him with medication laundry errands doctor appts. I did whatever was needed. We kept him at home until he became incontinent and we put him in a nursing home facility where he could get special attention, He passed away peacefully in January 2012. After his passing I cared for his sister my aunt who needed help around her house. She was 90 and still at home. I did her laundry prepared her meals grocery shopping and other errands took her to appts mowed her lawn and other outdoor work.
