Elder Care in Rochester, Minnesota

My name is Prof Richard Firth, a semi-retired Professor of Medicine in Dublin, Ireland. I travel to West Africa (Togo and Nigeria) twice a year to do voluntary work in Diabetes - a big problem there. Among my attachments is a Clinic/Nursing School in Lome the capital of Togo, the head of which is a Doctor but the administrative head is a Nurse aged 35 years. This person is honest, intelligent, well educated, extremely hard-working and extremely trustworthy. She is fluent in French, has taken postgraduate courses in Care of the Elderly and English amongst other things.I am writing on her behalf because I find her to be an outstanding individual, who like many in Togo faces on-going hardship and deserves a "break".
