I have 40 years experience working in the home hospitals and nursing home, for the past 13 years I have worked as a Clinical Partner on med surgery floor. My duty were bathing patients or assisting them with there morning needs which often included moral support. They were often scared and confused about there future. I also drew blood did EKG did some dressing changes. All vitals intake and output information had to be put into the computer. In January I accept a position as sitter my duties are to assist patient with there ADL feeding but most important keep them and myself safe. Most of my patient have psych issue and requires lots of patients and understanding.
