Elder Care in West Monroe, Louisiana

Hi my name is Carol Stephenson, I'm 43 yrs old and I have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. I've been a caregiver a year now. Taking care of the elderly has been something that I've always wanted to do. They are very special to me. My recent job was taking care of the Stewart's an elderly couple 88 & 87 yrs of age. I'm no longer taking care of them. The reason is that Mrs.Stewart passed on 3-1-16 & Mr.Stewart passed on 7-20-16. It was very heart breaking. I sat with them 7 days a week 10 hrs a day. I cooked 3 meals a day took care of their pets ran errors and did the grocery shopping and taking them to their doctors appointments bathing laundry sweeping mopping and made sure they medication. We were very close because I was the only caregiver that they had. They always would say, we don't want anyone else taking care of us but me. They thought of me as their daughter. They really enjoyed my company. Well, can't think of anything else to say about myself right this minute.
