Elder Care in Bonney Lake, Washington

I have over 6 years of experience as a Caregiver for a sweet lady in her 90's who has Alzheimer's and diabetes. I used to provide for her 4 days a week 24 hours a day. I took care of her daily needs: cooking, cleaning, taking her to doctor's appointments, administrating her medicines, and test her sugar. I used to play games with her which challenged her mind and memory. I educated myself on Alzheimer's disease and dementia as well, she had two hip surgeries, and we were together in the entire process from the hospital, rehabilitation, physical and occupational therapy, until her complete recovery. We are not together anymore but she is in good hands and we keep in touch. I am a kind, understanding, and patient person whit a big sense of empathy, who understands the importance of family, and how the experience of growing old can impact people and all members of a family.
