I am a registered nurse and personal Chef and am passionate about seniors. I combine my culinary and nursing training to help seniors remain independently in their homes. Maintaining a healthy body as we age is important. I provide weekly nutritious meals that are tasty, taking into consideration any restrictions with conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart/kidney disease as well as any food allergies. I am passionate about using fresh, locally sourced ingredients that are pesticide and hormone free to create meals that are tasty, healthy and well-balanced. In addition to weekly meals, I can assess the home situation and offer assistance with managing home maintenance, home safety, medication assistance and care coordination. My goal is to allow my clients to remain safely in their homes with my professional care and oversight.
