Personal Profile: Hello,I am Diana. I am a full time caregiver for my elderly chairbound parent in Carson City, Nevada. I have looked for a relief caregiver to come in so that I can have a few days a month off, to no avail. We tried a few agency's, but the cost is exorbitant, and the care limited, with fixed hours that we don't need. So I had a brainstorm....if you are a caregiver for your relative, parent, child, etc. and just need a little help now and then so you can re-charge....perhaps we can swap. Obviously we already care for our people, I for one can even do wound care, ostomy's, etc. Perhaps we can help each other and not go broke trying to take a two day vacation!!
