Elder Care in Greenbelt, Maryland

I first started with eldercare with my grandmother who lived wit us. That included bathing 2x a week, wasing and drying hair, preparing meals, staying for the weekend when my parents went away, cleaning her room, playing solitare, I am also an art instructor and Ilove to teach art I can make it very simple. I love to visit with elders and the history of their childhood and all the changes in life. I later cared for both parents. They needed to be driven to drs. appts, go to the store, medicine reminders and going out to eat or visitng or just a drive. I have worked in a long term faciluty for 2 years in activities and before that as as arts and crats intstructor for 6 1/2 years.
