Please see below the Elderly Daily routine. *Assists the Elderly Patient with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, putting and changing diaper, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan. *Allows and encourages the Elderly Patient to do as much of their own care as possible. Cooked and Serves nutritious and healthy meals to the Elderly Patient. *Encourages Elderly Patient eat a proper diet and take adequate fluids while respecting the Elderly Patient's right to free choice and records and reports changes in resident’s eating habits to his immediate family. Maintains Elderly Patient’s records daily in a timely manner, documents medication distribution as applicable, leisure activities, incidents, and observations; reports any changes in Elderly Patient physical condition and/or behavior, and visitors; observes and reports the health and emotional and promptly reports all changes to the immediate family. *Assists residents with medication as defined in medication procedure; assists or supervises Elderly Patient, follows physician and immediate family orders. *Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the ElderlyPatient; performs general housekeeping; and follows cleaning schedules for Elderly Patient laundry, bedrooms, dining area, living space, bathrooms, kitchen, and other areas. *Follows proper procedures in emergency situations and responds promptly and positively to Elderly Patient requests. I am capable to work under pressure with constant deadlines and changing priorities and remind calm and I have an ability to handle very sensitive and highly confidential issues with diplomacy and discretion.
