Hello, my name is Kathryn. I'm hoping to find an elder care provider employment opportunity in Stockton, California. Services And Training: I am currently a senior in the BSN Nursing program at CSU Stanislaus. I have been working towards my bachelor's degree in Nursing for years. And in that time, I have become very familiar and comfortable with medication administration, mental health support, and I recently finished my critical care rotation at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Stockton. I have worked with diabetic patients, Intensive Care Unit (ICU) patients with serious wound care needs. I have worked with patients with COPD, asthma, chronic bronchitis. I worked with stroke patients and also patients with gastrointestinal and urinary illnesses. I am CPR certified, I can provide self care needs for the patient, and teach about certain medications or diets to promote optimal health. I am one more semester away from graduating with my BSN and I couldn't be more ready to help others! Through my years of nursing education I have become familiar with various disease processes and how they progress, I use this learned knowledge, along with the patients current condition and my assessment of them to create care plans and create health goals. I am ready and willing to assist with any home health services needed and my availability is open except for Tuesdays.
