ï¶ Support and care of clients who are physically and mentally challenged.
ï¶ Provide patient care and assist nursing team in maintaining patient care.
ï¶ Assisted with restorative nursing procedure such as personal hygiene, maintaining patient body alignment and positioning, doing the range of motion exercise, transferring patient with the use of mechanical lift and etc.
ï¶ Bed making (closed bed, open bed, occupied bed), answer call bell, measure and monitor fluids input and output.
