My name is Annie. I am friendly, hardworking, compassionate and dedicated person with more than 15 years of hands on experience as a Nurse in the Philippines. I am committed to render quality nursing care and help alleviate patient's condition. I have practiced my profession effectively and maintained a good record. I have worked as a Nurse in the Philippines from 1995 up to April 2010. I was assigned to different Nursing areas (Emergency Room, Medical, Surgical, Peadiatrics, Out-patient Dept and Infection Control. I have rendered a quality nursing care to my patients and provided support and guidance to the family during stressful situations. I also conducted nursing education to the patients, family and staff. I have also worked as Personal Support Worker at St. Michael's Hospital from April 2011 up to August 2011 under the supervision of Access Care Agency. I have handled different cases like pre and post heart surgery, dialysis, medical, surgical, communicable diseases, disoriented and orthopedics.
