My most recent case, was for a 99 year young senior. I cared for her weekend as a live in.
I took her to appointments, cook low sodium daily meals, bath, groom, medical reminder, assited her to the bathroom, looked at family photos with her and I took her on walks in her wheelchair. We used to play cards, games, and I took her to visit nearby family. I am available on the weekends.
