Elder Care in Woonsocket, Rhode Island

My training includes hands on experience working at a home-base agency caring for the elderly, and privately caring for a gentleman in his last stage of ALS. I assisted client/s with personal hygiene, showers, bed baths, dressing, cooking, feeding, medication, housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, washing of floors, laundry, general cleaning), shopping, companionship, assisting with Dr. Appointments, direct communication with RN's. I have hands on experience with changing catheter bags, G-tub cleaning, B-pap uses, O2 uses, electric wheelchair, and Hoyer lifting. I am PCA certified, have experience within HIPPA. I am CPR certified, BLS for Healthcare Providers thru the American Heart Association. I demonstrate a consistent caring and compassionate attitude, posses, excellent interpersonal skills, a desire to learn, an upbeat, likeable, and highly energetic individual. I am highly motivated, self-motivated, detail oriented ability to multi-task, dependable and I understand my responsibilities.
