Description: Hello my name is Melissa. I am hoping to find a senior care provider placement in New York, New York. Services And Training: I am a wonderful and intelligent young woman with years of experience caring for my handicapped Grandmother who recently passed away. She was in a wheel chair and could barely speak after a stroke. I also took care of my grandfather with dimentia. I am a student at Teachers College and work during the day, M-F. I am hoping that in exchange for free rent, I could be a night-watch caretaker. I would like the option to be away on the weekends (visiting my hometown on Block Island during the summer, or skiing in Vermont weekends during the winter), so I can offer to be home from 7pm until 8a the next morning, Monday through Friday.
